Role Overview:

As a – Coordination Assistant / Junior QC Coordinator – you’ll assist in sourcing, selecting, and managing Fulkrum Quality Inspectors. You’ll support the Coordination team with various administrative tasks and interact with clients, candidates, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client requests for QA/QC Engineering and Project Support personnel.
  • Provide administrative support, including formatting CVs and maintaining records.
  • Source candidates and prepare them for interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates about their assignments and responsibilities.
  • Support candidate relations and performance updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
