Position Overview

The Cook is responsible for preparing high‑quality food items according to Café & Phở recipes and standards. This role ensures consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen while maintaining proper food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes
  • Maintain portion control and presentation standards
  • Set up, restock, and break down the cooking station
  • Keep kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized at all times
  • Follow all food safety and temperature guidelines
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and labeling
  • Communicate with team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen
  • Knowledge of basic food safety
  • Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
