Position Overview
The Cook is responsible for preparing high‑quality food items according to Café & Phở recipes and standards. This role ensures consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen while maintaining proper food safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes
- Maintain portion control and presentation standards
- Set up, restock, and break down the cooking station
- Keep kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized at all times
- Follow all food safety and temperature guidelines
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and labeling
- Communicate with team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen
- Knowledge of basic food safety
- Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
