Responsibilities of the Cook:

• Prepare food in a timely manner in accordance with dietary requirements
• Follow standardized recipes in food preparation
• Inspect special dietary trays before service to ensure they are correct
• May serve food on the food tray line
• Supervise and/or assist in receiving and check in of deliveries of food and supplies
• Follow work/cleaning schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen
