Job Description:
A highly skilled Contracts & Procurement Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and contract management within the organization. Ensures timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, manages vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, evaluation, selection, and negotiation.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Liaise with legal teams and senior stakeholders on contract risks, terms, and obligations.
- Source, evaluate, and manage supplier/vendor relationships to ensure quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets and generate cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract status.
- Ensure all procurement and contracting activities are compliant with internal controls and external regulations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to support procurement activities for large-scale projects.
- Resolve disputes or issues related to suppliers, contracts, or deliveries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in industrial, construction, or oil & gas sectors
