Responsibilities:

  • Come up with creative, trend-driven content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to align content with brand strategy, campaigns, and business goals.
  • Build and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content, property tours, events, and lifestyle clips.
  • Edit short-form videos and photos (using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools).
  • Upload, schedule, and manage posts across multiple platforms.
  • Track performance and provide weekly updates on engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated on Dubai lifestyle and real estate trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Basic filming and editing skills (iPhone proficiency required; DSLR or advanced editing a plus).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • Interest in real estate, luxury lifestyle, or content creation is highly desirable.
