We are looking for a creative and organised full-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage Sepi’s social media presence and create engaging daily content.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
• Create, film and edit daily content, including Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, photos and promotional posts.
• Capture content on-site and showcase our services, results, team and client experience.
• Write engaging captions and prepare content for posting.
• Manage social media accounts, including publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest fresh ideas to grow reach, engagement and bookings.
• Monitor content performance and share regular insights on what is working.
• Maintain a consistent brand style and present Sepi professionally online.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in content creation and social media management.
• A portfolio or examples of social media content you have created.
• Good video filming and editing skills; experience with CapCut and Canva is an advantage.
• Confident, creative and comfortable appearing on camera or filming others.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Beauty, salon or lifestyle industry experience is an advantage.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. Applicants should include a portfolio or links to social media accounts they have managed.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
