Full job description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for creating and managing all content related to Novanos Group and its brands across social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Write captions, scripts, and content concepts.
  • Cover events, trainings, conferences, and clinic visits.
  • Create engaging Reels and short-form videos.
  • Coordinate with management, sales, and marketing teams to generate content ideas.
  • Manage and organize the company’s content library.

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Experience in video shooting and editing.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and generate creative ideas.
