The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, storytelling, videography, and social media trends, with the ability to create content that drives engagement and generates leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Visit properties and project sites to capture professional content.
• Plan, shoot, and edit reels, short-form videos, property tours, and lifestyle content.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote property listings and projects.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and content descriptions.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
• Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and content creation trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media content production.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Experience creating reels, TikToks, and short-form video content.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
