Key Responsibilities of a Fit-Out Helper
Material Handling:

Loading, unloading, and transporting building materials and supplies to and around the construction site.

Site Preparation: Assisting with the setup and organization of the construction site, including clearing debris and setting up safety measures.
Support for Trades: Providing general assistance to skilled craftspeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by fetching tools or holding materials.

Installation Support: Helping with the installation of basic components like floor and wall coverings, partitions, and fixtures.

Cleaning and Site Maintenance: Keeping the work area tidy, which is important for safety and efficiency.
Following Instructions: Performing tasks as directed by supervisors or foremen to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
