Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including concrete, masonry, xerioscaping and more.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Help set up scaffolding and other temporary structures.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
