Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to ensure smooth workflow on-site
• Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly
• Operate basic construction equipment under supervision, such as wheelbarrows, hand trucks, and power tools
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Perform general labor tasks including digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assisting with framing or roofing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks that require standing, lifting, bending, and climbing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices preferred but not required
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work in various weather conditions
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid TWIC card.
