Al Habtoor City Hotels is looking for an experienced and motivated Complex Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team and drive exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department
• Lead, coach, and support the Reservations team to achieve service and revenue targets
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, call handling, and revenue per call
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service standards and effective issue resolution
• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize revenue and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Reservations or Reservations Sales role within hospitality
• Strong knowledge of reservations systems (OPERA experience preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and business partners
