Company Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Company Driver to handle all transport-related duties efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and timely transportation of company staff, materials, and equipment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and vehicle upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport company staff, products, and materials before, during, and after company events.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of staff luggage, products, and equipment.
• Plan and adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or roadblocks.
• Maintain a travel log to record work hours, routes, and locations visited.
• Ensure that the company vehicle is parked in designated areas to prevent towing or fines.
• Promptly report any traffic violations or tickets received while on duty.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained through regular washing and servicing.
• Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues to management immediately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (preferred).
• Valid UAE Manual Driver’s License (ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles).
• Clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of UAE road safety regulations and RTA rules.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes.
• Ability to use maps, GPS navigation, and vehicle manuals effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
