Golden Base is currently looking for Commercial Transport Mechanic to start immediately:

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all Health and Safety guidelines.
• Handle day-to-day service and maintenance operations of our fleet of equipment.
• Diagnose faults and inspect trucks and trailers
• Perform equipment inspections and repairs as required
• Maintain records and data entry of work performed.
• Maintain and develop positive professional relationships with all contacts associated to our organization
• Must be able to work independently or as a team to diagnose problems.
• After hour calls when needed. (Field Technician)
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols on site
• Document and maintain service truck as required

Qualifications:

– Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
– Red Seal Certification is preferred.
– Experience with OEM troubleshooting guides and systems preferred.
– Current First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO
– 3- 5 years experience
– Detail orientated.
– Team player.
– Good organization and communication skills
– Diagnostic Computer Experience
– Able to take directions.
