Role Purpose
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our Middle East team, based in Dubai office. In this role, you will serve as the key commercial interface between customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless order processing, responsive customer support, and efficient coordination of export and commercial activities. Your contribution will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth across the region.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end commercial order process, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order handling through the ERP system while maintaining high data integrity.
- Provide prompt support to customers, distributors, and regional sales teams by responding to commercial enquiries, managing order changes, monitoring deliveries, and resolving issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Coordinate export documentation and collaborate with customs, warehouses, international colleagues, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and regulatory compliance.
- Support commercial operations by maintaining accurate customer and sales data in ERP and CRM systems, managing vendor approval processes, and assisting with project documentation and tracking.
- Contribute to continuous operational improvement by supporting marketing activities and exhibitions, enhancing process efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline, with relevant commercial or business training.
- Proven experience in commercial sales support, inside sales, customer service, or order management within an international business environment.
- Hands-on experience handling export orders and international customers, with a good understanding of commercial documentation and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably sales and commercial modules), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
