Go Posh Chauffeured Mobility is seeking experienced and professional CDL drivers to join our team in New York City. Our drivers operate a fleet of luxury motor coaches, mini buses, and Mercedes Sprinter vans providing daily corporate shuttles, airport transfers, cruise transfers, and private charter transportation.

This position is ideal for drivers who take pride in delivering a safe, smooth, and first-class passenger experience. Our chauffeurs represent the Go Posh brand and are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service while transporting clients throughout the New York City and tri-state area.

Responsibilities

Safely operate motor coaches, mini buses, and Sprinter vans for corporate shuttle routes, airport transfers, and private charters.
Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experience for passengers at all times.
Load and unload passenger luggage from the vehicle and manage the luggage compartments of the bus.Drivers are fully responsible for the proper handling and organization of all passenger luggage.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
Follow assigned routes and schedules while navigating NYC and tri-state area traffic efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT, ELD, and company safety requirements.
Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding schedules, route updates, or operational issues.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle to meet luxury transportation standards.
Requirements

Valid CDL (Class B or higher) with Passenger Endorsement.
Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience.
Zero accidents within the last 5 years.
Clean driving record with no points on license.
Experience driving motor coaches, shuttle buses, mini buses, or Sprinter vans preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and handle heavy luggage and load bus luggage compartments.
Good knowledge of NYC roads, airports, cruise terminals, and tri-state area routes.
Professional appearance and demeanor required.
