Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable CNC cutting and bending Machine Operator to manage our automated production machinery in Sharjah. In this position, you will ensure our CNC equipment (laser cutters) runs smoothly, safely, and with maximum accuracy. You will be a critical link in keeping our manufacturing line moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines for daily production runs.
• Load raw materials into the machines and adjust settings (feeds, speeds, tooling offset) as required.
• Perform first-article and in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Recognize machining issues, dull tooling, or program errors, and halt production to prevent material wastage.
• Perform routine daily maintenance on equipment (fluid checks, chip clearing, lubrication).

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4+ years of experience operating CNC machinery (Mills, Lathes, Router, or Laser/Plasma) in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and standard work instructions.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Basic understanding of G-code/M-code troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Technical diploma or equivalent trade school background.
