We are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC laser cutting machines for sheet metal and plate fabrication. The candidate should have strong knowledge of machine operation, CNC programming, material handling, cutting parameters, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines for sheet metal and plate cutting.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical drawings, and cutting layouts.
• Prepare, load, and execute cutting programs using CNC software.
• Set machine parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, gas pressure, focus position, and nozzle selection.
• Work with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheets.
• Understand CAD/CAM nesting software and optimize material utilization.
• Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy and cutting quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot cutting defects, including burrs, dross, slag, and incomplete cuts.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning of lenses, nozzles, and other consumables as required.
• Follow safety procedures for laser equipment, compressed gases, and material handling.
• Coordinate with the production and fabrication teams to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain production records and report machine faults to the maintenance team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
• Experience with fiber laser cutting machines is preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC controllers and CAD/CAM nesting software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
• Knowledge of cutting parameters for different materials and thicknesses.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and under production deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with 1 kW–12 kW fiber laser machines, depending on the company’s equipment.
• Familiarity with software such as CypCut, FSCUT, AutoCAD, or comparable CAD/CAM systems.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, enclosure manufacturing, or industrial metalwork.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,300.00 per month
