The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations of the healthcare center, ensuring smooth delivery of medical services, regulatory compliance, and high patient satisfaction. This role combines administration, and coordination to support both clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DoH) regulations and policies.
• Oversee patient services, billing, insurance coordination, and front-desk activities.
• Monitor clinic performance, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Drive patient satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinic/healthcare administration (UAE experience preferred).
• Knowledge of medical insurance processes and healthcare regulations.
