  • We are hiring immediately for a full time CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST position.
  • Location: Canteen – 940 Lively Boulevard, Wood Dale, IL 60191. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Further details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous administrative experience required.
  • Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Our Account Coordinators support our Client Managers with program projects, client initiatives, and escalated service calls, while juggling multiple accounts and priorities. And talk about growth opportunities – solid career path!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit vending, micromarkets, and office coffee in field operations
  • Manage the auditing program in our operations and report out monthly
  • Manage miscellaneous projects
  • Communicate the client’s expectations to operations and customer service
  • Determine internal resource requirements of projects based on project needs
  • Establish and communicate a usable schedule
  • Provide project status summary reports and updates to Client Managers and other team members
  • Support activities for Client Manager’s clients, such as: Service issues, product ordering, adding catalog items, ongoing client requests and questions, etc.
  • Manage assigned lower-volume clients and build client relationships
