About the Role:

This is a key client-facing coordination role where you will manage all incoming email enquiries and handle projects from initial contact through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring every client request is understood, processed accurately, and executed smoothly across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and professionally respond to all incoming client emails
  • Understand client requirements in detail and identify missing or unclear information
  • Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and structured manner
  • Coordinate with the design team for artwork development and revisions
  • Follow up for approvals and manage client feedback
  • Coordinate production and delivery once approvals are received
  • Ensure end-to-end execution and closure of all jobs

Requirements

  • Must be highly experienced in client communication and email handling
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) is essential
  • Strong ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently under pressure
  • Highly professional communication style at all times
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • MBA qualification preferred
  • Experience in signage, printing, advertising, or related industries is an advantage

Working Hours

  • 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM UAE time (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday – Half Day

Salary

  • USD 1,000 per month
