ABOUT THE ROLE

Honor Screenprinting & Embroidery is a Veteran-Owned screen printing and embroidery shop in Junction City, KS. We are hiring a Client Experience Representative to manage all inbound and outbound client communication — someone who follows up proactively, keeps clients informed, and ensures no lead goes cold.

This is a relationship role in a growing small business. Your communication skills have a direct impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to all inbound inquiries via email, phone, text, and social media promptly
  • Follow up on open quotes and leads proactively — no waiting to be told
  • Build and send customer quotes using Printavo (training provided)
  • Provide order status updates to clients throughout the production process
  • Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach
  • Support operational communication as the team scales
  • Assist in building AI-assisted communication workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Coachable and committed to following processes
  • Customer service or sales experience in any industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple active conversations
  • Proactive follow-up habits — does not wait to be reminded
  • Comfortable learning and using technology platforms
  • Reliable transportation to Junction City, KS worksite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in print, apparel, promotional products, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with Printavo, CRM tools, or order management software
  • Experience working in a small business or high-accountability environment
