MKM Global Commercial Cleaning & Hospitality Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to supervise housekeeping operations at a prestigious water park in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaners during daily operations.
• Allocate work assignments and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Monitor the cleanliness of pool areas, public areas, restaurants, washrooms, offices, and other facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Train, motivate, and support cleaning staff.
• Report maintenance issues, shortages, and operational concerns to management.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Maintain attendance records and assist with daily operational reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role.
• Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Basic English communication is required.

Working Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Rotational schedule between Monday and Sunday
• 6 working days per week
• 1 day off per week

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,600 per month
