Cleaning Supervisor with Valid UAE Driving License

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. The successful candidate will supervise cleaning staff, assign duties, inspect completed work, and ensure all areas are maintained according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff at assigned locations
• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance
• Ensure all cleaning activities meet company and client standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and report issues
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Manage cleaning schedules, attendance, and shift planning
• Coordinate transportation of staff using company vehicle
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Dubai rules and routes is preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
