Hygeia Services LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee specialized cleaning operations across commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Kitchen Hood Cleaning, Exhaust & Duct Cleaning, and AC Duct Cleaning services, with the ability to supervise teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cleaning teams at client sites.
• Plan and coordinate Kitchen Hood, Exhaust Duct, and AC Duct Cleaning projects.
• Conduct site inspections before and after service completion.
• Ensure all cleaning works meet company quality standards and client requirements.
• Train and guide cleaning technicians on safe work practices and proper equipment usage.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Maintain service reports, checklists, and client documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and management regarding project progress and service quality.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, chemicals, and inventory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of: Kitchen Hood Cleaning, Kitchen Exhaust Duct Cleaning, AC Duct Cleaning, HVAC Cleaning Procedures
• Ability to lead and motivate cleaning teams.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and permit requirements.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or specialized cleaning services.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and UAE hygiene standards.
• Experience handling commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, malls, and industrial facilities.
