We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and manage residential projects across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and machine operation.
• Operate and maintain cleaning machines (walk-behind, scrubbers, etc.).
• Ensure correct usage of cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Proven supervisory experience in deep, move-in/out, or post-construction cleaning.
• Knowledge of marble, ceramic, and floor care techniques.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Education: High school diploma or higher (degree preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Hours: 8–10 hours/day, 6 days/week

• Location: Abu Dhabi
