Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Cleaner will be responsible for delivering professional cleaning services across residential and commercial properties while maintaining Crew On Dial’s high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing general and deep cleaning of homes, apartments, villas, offices, and commercial premises.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors and surfaces.
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common areas.
• Restocking supplies and removing waste.
• Performing move-in/move-out cleaning and post-occupancy cleaning when assigned.
• Using cleaning equipment, chemicals, and tools safely and according to company procedures.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns.
• Following company cleaning checklists and quality assurance standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ensuring every assigned property is completed to Crew On Dial’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or facility cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to perform routine, deep, and specialized cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning results.
• Ability to work independently while following company procedures and cleaning checklists.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Professional, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends, holidays, or varying schedules when required.
• Previous experience working for a cleaning company, hospitality provider, or facilities management company in the UAE is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Valid UAE residency or eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
