Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Team Member (Hiring Immediately)

Royal Palm Commercial Cleaning – Venice, FL

Royal Palm Commercial Cleaning is a family-owned cleaning company based in Venice, FL. We are currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide professional commercial cleaning services throughout Bradention, Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, North Port, Englewood, Rotunda, and Port Charlotte.

This position includes cleaning indoor commercial spaces such as offices, clubhouses, gyms, and common areas. Some job sites also include outdoor areas such as pool decks, lanais, breezeways, patios, entrances, and walkways. Applicants must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Pay

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Pay increases available after probation period and performance review.

Schedule

• Part-time and Full-time positions available
• Day shift and evening shift opportunities available (depending on accounts)
• Monday–Friday (some weekend availability may be offered)

Job Responsibilities

• Commercial cleaning of offices, clubhouses, gyms, and restrooms
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Trash removal and relining trash cans
• Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Restocking supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper) as needed
• Cleaning outdoor areas at some locations (breezeways, lanais, patios, entrances, walkways)
• Following company checklists and quality standards
• Working independently or as part of a team depending on the job site
• Communicating professionally with supervisors and team members
