Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and responsible Cleaners to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residential, commercial, and other assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company standards.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning.
• Clean washrooms, kitchens, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces.
• Collect and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, doors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces as required.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning materials and equipment in good condition.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the required time.
• Follow instructions from the Cleaning Supervisor and site management.
• Maintain professional behaviour and good communication with clients, residents, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Basic understanding of workplace hygiene and safety.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
