Modon Facilities Management is looking for cleaners.

The cleaners are responsible for good housekeeping of Modon assets, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of services, quality excellence and consistent pursuit of high standards of FM services and of the brand, an ambassador for safe work environment and best practices.

The Cleaning operative shall possess a strong can-do attitude that highly defines quality, top notch hospitality, redefining customer engagement and client satisfaction, possess a strong drive for Safety, Innovation, sustainability and change.

Responsibilities

• Follow BICSc (British Institute and Cleaning Sciences) and any other related soft services trainings.
• Ensure that all activities are safe.
• Report defects found on respective zone to line manager.
• Ensures standard operating procedures and work methods are followed.
• Maintain a good relationship with internal and external clients and coworkers.
• With Focus on Customer experience
• With Focus on Service excellence with all entities.
• Report defects and unusual activities to the supervisor in charge.
• Working along well with other peers and other team members.
• Ensure consistent site audits closure and respond to Supervisor instructions accordingly.
• All Soft services checklists and documents shall be updated regularly.
• Follow procedures for Safe work, Safe environment and cleaning activities best practices.
• Attend Toolbox talk and exercise don’t walk by in promoting safety, efficiency, and overall well-being in the workplace.
• Share Lesson learned gained thru experiences, share reflective processes of successes, failures, mistakes and improvements for better guidance in avoidance of future repetitions to supervisor and line manager.
• Follow Grooming and Hygiene standards and a Uniformed branding guideline to create a unique identity as brand ambassadors.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-5 Years Experience working in Facilities Management company or Hospitality or cleaning industry.
• Basic English competency both written and spoken.
• BICSc, ISSA, MEFMA or equivalent FM-related qualifications applicable to UAE regulations is an added advantage.
• UAE Driving license is an added advantage.
