We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning villas, offices, and residential apartment buildings. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain villas, residential apartments, and office spaces to a high standard.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, furniture, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of professional housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Experience cleaning villas, offices, and residential apartment buildings is required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with a cleaning company or facilities management company.
• Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Tagalog Speaker Required!
