• Our team is looking for CDL Class B drivers like YOU that are ready to join our thriving team. Direct Services, Inc. is a small family-owned business established in 1976 that’s still going strong. We are looking for professional CDL Class B drivers. The qualified candidate(s) will reside in the Little Ferry, NJ area. This is a permanent position. Direct Services, Inc. will provide training to the right CDL Class B driver(s) who can demonstrate a strong motivation and willingness to learn. Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record with no DUI’s or DWI’s in order to be considered eligible for this role. The selected candidate must be able to pass a DOT Physical, DOT drug screen, and DOT Breath Alcohol Test (BAT) and be able to read, write and speak English. Additionally, the selected candidate may be required to pass an English proficiency test and demonstrate knowledge of common roadside signs in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and DOT regulations.

About the Role

• The qualified candidate(s) will be joining a team operated based out of Little Ferry, NJ.
• The chosen candidate(s) will be required to operate our company owned vehicle(s) and will be expected to work Monday – Friday with a flexible start time (AM) to 12pm.
• Hourly rate is paid for loading, unloading, vacation, and holidays.
• The selected candidate(s) will be responsible for loading/unloading freight weighing a maximum of 50lbs.
• Responsible for maintaining the quantities and conditions of your vehicle, timed deliveries, monitoring temperatures, and counting cargo.
• Pay periods are bi-weekly.
