We are looking for the hours of 8-5 & 10-6. Monday through Friday.

Pay is determined based off experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
  • Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence among children.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, developmental milestones, and any incidents or concerns.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates and address individual needs or special considerations.
  • Apply classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus.
  • Strong skills in behavior management and classroom organization to create a structured yet flexible environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to nurturing children’s growth through caregiving, teaching, and developmental support.
