Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily records of attendance, work hours, overtime, and leave for all site workers across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to verify manpower deployment and productivity.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports to HR and project management.
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in attendance and timesheets.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and support payroll processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of site workers from a timekeeping perspective.
- Implement and maintain digital or manual timekeeping systems as required.
- Travel between sites to conduct audits and ensure compliance with timekeeping procedures.
- Liaise with HR and Finance departments for payroll, compliance, and reporting matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in timekeeping, preferably in civil construction or similar industries.
- Familiarity with labor laws and site operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and timekeeping software (e.g., ERP systems, biometric systems).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel between sites regularly.
