Job Description

  • To ensure that all food products are consistent with the recipes and presentation as per the standards
  • To monitor closely and prepare the mise en place requirements and support the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the daily operations of the main kitchen
  • Keep work area in hygienic conditions as per HACCP requirements
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques

Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year experience in similar role for a 5 Star Hotel in UAE
  • Should have experience in Hot Kitchen with expertise in Bulk Cooking as well as Ala Carte Orders
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for Culinary
