Guardforce Global is urgently hiring CCTV Operators to monitor and manage surveillance systems at our client sites across the UAE.

We are a direct employer, offering full-time positions with complete UAE Labour Law benefits. Candidates must hold a valid SIRA Certificate in Security System Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure site safety
• Identify and report suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches
• Maintain proper documentation and incident logs
• Coordinate with on-site security teams and control room supervisors
• Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning and report any faults

Requirements:

• SIRA Certificate in Security System Operation – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a CCTV Operator
• Good communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and high alertness
• Must be physically fit and able to work in shifts
• Must be in the UAE and available for immediate joining
