Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, ensure safety of premises, and report any suspicious activities. The ideal candidate must have strong observation skills and the ability to respond promptly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all assigned locations.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Maintain continuous surveillance of sensitive and high-risk areas.
• Document incidents accurately in daily log reports.
• Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies.
• Retrieve and provide video footage when requested by management or authorities.
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults.
• Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance data and recordings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Valid SIRA certification (mandatory for UAE-based roles).
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with surveillance software.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
