Full job description
- Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of all catering events and daily food services.
- Coordinate food presentation, timing, and transport to maintain temperature and quality.
- Liaise with clients during events to handle special requests and resolve complaints instantly.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, linen, silverware, and equipment.
- Place orders with approved suppliers and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Track daily sales, food portions, and staff hours to control operational costs
- Ensure all kitchen and service areas maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
