Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Wedding and Event Staff. In this role, you will provide exceptional service at weddings and events, ensuring flawless execution from setup to conclusion. You will work closely with event managers and clients to create memorable experiences, handling tasks ranging from venue preparation to guest service and cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is fulfilling.
• Manage event logistics, such as coordinating with vendors, adhering to timelines, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle food and beverage service, including setting up buffet stations, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all attendees.
• Participate in pre-event meetings and rehearsals to understand event requirements and timelines.
• Assist with inventory management, checking equipment for damage, and reporting issues.
• Contribute to the event’s ambiance by maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical stamina to handle setup, service, and cleanup tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of event planning and management.
• Experience with food and beverage service.

Work Environment:

• Requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events are typically scheduled during these times.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy weights.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, as some events may be outdoors.
