· To maintain effective relations with the guest whether for dine-in, delivery, or take-away.
· Handling guest orders through calls, using standard talk lines.
Welcome, acknowledge/ greet, and seat the guests.
· Setting up of tables and preparation of misen-place.
· Takes pride in serving the guests
· Must possess knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal
· Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
