Previous experience as a waiter or cashier in a restaurant. Good knowledge of Noon Food, Talabat, and Keeta delivery platforms. Able to receive, manage, and follow up on online delivery orders. Experience using POS systems, handling cash, and card payments. Good customer service and communication skills. Able to manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders. Ability to work under pressure during busy hours. Good English communication skills. Honest, responsible, and a good team player.
