We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Female Cashier to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism while ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant government regulations. Experience or familiarity with the government sector in the UAE is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods while maintaining precise transaction records.
- Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming customers and addressing their questions or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations, financial procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Support inventory control through stock checks and shelf replenishment when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier area at all times.
- Prepare daily transaction summaries and reconcile cash balances at the end of each shift.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service position.
- Prior experience or working knowledge within the government sector or government-related entities is required.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
