Puff Plus Smoke Shop is looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. We are seeking someone who has previous smoke shop or retail experience, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable using a POS system. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and maintains a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
• Operate cash register and POS system accurately
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions
• Price and label merchandise correctly
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
• Follow all store policies and age verification procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements:

• Previous smoke shop or retail experience preferred
• Experience using POS systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must meet legal age requirements
