We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-friendly Cashier / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in our daily operations by managing payments, reconciling driver manifests, assisting customers, and supporting our sales and accounting teams.

Schedule

  • Monday Friday
  • 8:00am5:00pm
  • No nights or weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

This position handles daily financial transactions and requires strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accepting and reconciling delivery driver manifests and daily payments
  • Processing credit card payments for both wholesale repair shops and retail customers
  • Handling cash, credit card, and account payments
  • Reconciling cash drawers and daily transactions at the end of each day
  • Assisting customers and staff with payment questions, invoices, and refunds
  • Working closely with sales, dispatch, and accounting teams
  • Maintaining organized and accurate records of daily financial transactions
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service to both customers and staff

You will interact with customers, delivery drivers, sales staff, and management, making this an important role within our daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of cashier, administrative, or comparable experience
  • Strong computer knowledge, and fast typing skills required
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams experience is a plus
  • Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Must work well as part of a team
  • Professional and pleasant attitude with customers
