As the face of our restaurant, you will ensure our guests receive a warm welcome and seamless billing experience from the moment they walk in. We are looking for an immediate joiner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: Manage the POS system accurately, handling cash, credit card, and digital wallet transactions without errors.
• Guest Relations: Welcome arriving guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, answer menu questions, and handle initial inquiries.
• Daily Reconciliation: Open and close the cash drawer daily, balancing receipts, cash, and digital reports at the end of every shift.
• Front-of-House Support: Assist the service team during peak rush hours by clearing tables, running food, or greeting guests at the door.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or Server in a fast-casual or fine-dining restaurant in the UAE.
• Software: Strong familiarity with restaurant POS systems (e.g., Micros, Revel, Foodics, or similar software).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage.
• Availability: Must be currently residing in Dubai and available to start immediately.
• Attributes: High energy, exceptional grooming standards, mathematical accuracy, and a strong sense of teamwork.
