Experienced Cashier with Foodex, skilled in cash handling, POS system operations, customer service, and sales reporting. Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience working in fast-paced food and beverage environments.
- Managed daily cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Operated POS systems and ensured all sales were recorded correctly.
- Provided excellent customer service and handled customer inquiries professionally.
- Processed refunds, exchanges, and order adjustments when required.
- Prepared daily sales reports and balanced cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Coordinated with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintained cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Assisted in inventory monitoring and reporting stock shortages.
- Ensured compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Pay: AED1,700.00 – AED2,000.00 per day
