NPW is seeking a driven, team player, and someone that is ready for new challenges to join our team as a Cashier. If you enjoy speaking with customers and handling cashflow, then this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • MUST have thorough knowledge of Auto Parts.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Auto Parts Industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year inside sales phone experience.
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette.
  • Must have excellent Math skills – addition, subtraction and percentages.
  • Ability to readidentify part numbers that are both numeric or/and alpha-numeric.
  • Demonstrate success providing excellent customer service.
  • MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!
  • Support customer retention efforts by providing excellent customer support.
  • Maintain financial record transactions and handle cash and credit cards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via web, email, and/or telephone.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, faxing and emailing invoices and statements.
  • Provide technical advice, troubleshoots,find solutions to the customer’s problem.

Physical Requirements:

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds unassisted.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, speak, and listen.
