Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
• Cashier Duties: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and EBT transactions, and handle restricted items such as tobacco and lottery tickets responsibly.
• Stocking and Merchandising: Restock shelves, rotate products, and ensure displays are neat and inviting.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining restroom hygiene.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.
