We are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to uplift a positive environment. Cashiers at Pat’s are the familiar faces customers remember and look forward to the next time they are in. They are the biggest imprint on whether a customer enjoys their experience at our stores. As such, cashiers are expected to maintain an upmost welcoming customer service attitude and treat each customer as a welcomed guest. Cashiers must represent the Pat’s family values of exceedingly superb customer service & fine quality food. This position calls for reliable, responsible individuals with strong time management skills. Hourly wages vary with illustrated and previous experience**** Great tips at Pat’s are also a plus! Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Cashiers are REQUIRED to have reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
• Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Cashier Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome customers in a way that creates a welcoming aura
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming, positive attitude
• Accept and process orders, payments and issue receipts
• Answer any customer inquiries & provide helpful information
• Respond to complaints, process refunds, and exchange items
• Answer the phone lines for orders and customer inquiries with a respectful, welcoming attitude
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace & environment
