Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Welcome and greet guests
- Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by management
- Monitor guests’ dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers
- Help maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Follow the closing checklist to close the restaurant properly
- Attend all scheduled team member meetings

- Previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members.
- Ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money.
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
- Food Handler Certification is required.
